Define the decision
Identify the investment, contract choice or capacity boundary the client actually needs to assess.
Answers for energy advisers
Practical answers for energy advisers, installers and asset suppliers evaluating business client cases.
From source data to an answer you can explain to your client
Start with the client decision
The relevant data, assumptions and outcome differ by client case. Start with the decision you need to support.
Which interval data, contract limits and scenarios do you need to substantiate available capacity?

View solutionPeakPilot is a simulation platform for business local energy systems. It brings load profiles, generation, grid connection, EV charging and battery storage together so you can compare technical and financial outcomes by scenario.
GeneralPeakPilot is built for energy advisers, installers and asset suppliers advising business clients on grid congestion, EV charging, solar and battery storage. It supports the adviser; it is not an end-user portal or energy management system.
GeneralThe quickscan captures the main client and project inputs for an initial scenario indication. Use it to select variants for further work, then verify source data and assumptions before giving final client advice.
Simulation and resultsPeakPilot can include configured Dutch energy tax, grid operator tariffs and contract tariffs in a calculation. For each client case, verify the tariff year, connection and applicability of the selected inputs; the software does not replace legal or tax advice.
Simulation and resultsPeakPilot offers Starter for up to three active projects, Professional for unlimited projects and more extensive analysis and reporting, and Enterprise for features such as white-label reports and custom integrations. See the pricing page for current plan contents and pricing.
Billing and planAfter registration, you receive fourteen days of Professional access without payment details. The workspace then continues as Starter unless you select Professional.
Billing and planYes. You can cancel through Settings > Billing. You keep access until the end of the billing period. Data remains available within the Starter plan limits.
Billing and planPeakPilot supports Excel and CSV files. CSV files may use the Dutch semicolon format. Dutch column names such as datum, verbruik, and opwek are recognized automatically.
Data and importAt minimum, you need a timestamp column and one measurement column, for example load in kWh. For accurate results, quarter-hour data over a full year is preferred.
Data and importThe import checks make missing intervals and unusual measurement values visible. Review data quality and repair or replace source data before drawing conclusions for your client.
Data and importRun time depends on the period, number of assets and analysis type. PeakPilot shows progress; an extensive sizing or multi-year analysis generally needs more calculation time than a basic simulation.
Simulation and resultsPeakPilot shows grid import and export separately for the selected scenario. Their financial value follows the contract and tariff inputs configured for the client case; verify those inputs against the current agreement.
Simulation and resultsFirst check the topology, linked profiles, units and project settings. If the simulation still fails, send support the error message and enough project context to investigate, without sharing unnecessary client data.
Simulation and resultsPeakPilot works best in modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.
TechnicalProtected operations require a signed-in user with an active organization. Server-side checks bind projects and data to that organization. See the security page for access roles, sharing and optional AI processing.

Account and organizationMembers can create projects, build topologies, import data, and run simulations. Admins can also manage organization settings, members, subscriptions, and tariff settings.

Identify the investment, contract choice or capacity boundary the client actually needs to assess.
Expose missing intervals, units, profiles and scenario assumptions before calculating.
Place the baseline and alternatives side by side and keep every outcome tied to its inputs.
Useful inputs to prepare
The case does not need to be complete. An initial dataset and a clear decision question are enough for a focused start.
Interval values or a representative consumption and generation profile
Connection capacity, contract limits and known export restrictions
The investment or operating choice the client wants to compare
