1. Use of PeakPilot
PeakPilot is a platform for modeling, comparing, and documenting energy projects. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms.
2. Accounts and organizations
Users are responsible for correct account details, secure access, and managing members within their organization. Activities within an organization are the responsibility of that organization.
3. Project data and simulations
You remain the owner of the project data you enter or upload. Simulations and reports depend on the entered data, assumptions, tariffs, and model settings. Check results before using them for quotes, investments, or technical decisions.
4. Prohibited use
You may not misuse PeakPilot, bypass security, seek unauthorized access, upload harmful code, infringe the rights of others, or disrupt the service.
5. Availability and changes
We maintain and improve PeakPilot continuously. Functionality may change when required for security, reliability, or product development.

7. AI Advisor
AI Advisor creates draft text from calculated project results. The output is an advisor aid and must be reviewed before use in quotes, investment decisions, or customer communication.
