PeakPilot processes account data, organization data, contact details, project data, technical configurations, imported energy data, and usage data needed to provide and secure the application.
We use data for authentication, project management, simulations, reports, support, billing, security, error analysis, and product improvement. We do not sell personal data.
PeakPilot uses carefully selected processors for authentication, database storage, file storage, payments, hosting, and error monitoring. These parties process data only to provide PeakPilot and under appropriate processor agreements.
We keep data for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, or support. Authorized users within the organization can delete project data.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to the processing of your personal data. Use the contact page for these requests.
We take technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access control, encrypted connections, auditable storage, and separated environments.

When an organization administrator enables AI Advisor, an external AI service processes only aggregated energy, grid, financial, sustainability, and data-quality results, plus period and source characteristics needed for the advisory draft. Names, addresses, project references, dataset names, channel names, free-text warnings, and raw quarter-hour data are not sent. Requests are processed only without data retention. PeakPilot retains operational usage data, including the user and token consumption, for up to 2 years. Payment records for additional tokens are retained for 7 years to meet statutory accounting obligations. AI Advisor is off by default and drafts must be reviewed before use.
Only with your consent does PeakPilot use Google Analytics 4 to analyse and improve the marketing website. Google receives usage data, approximate location, browser and device information, and pseudonymous cookie IDs.
