1. What data do we process?

PeakPilot processes account data, organization data, contact details, project data, technical configurations, imported energy data, and usage data needed to provide and secure the application.

2. Why do we use data?

We use data for authentication, project management, simulations, reports, support, billing, security, error analysis, and product improvement. We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors

PeakPilot uses carefully selected processors for authentication, database storage, file storage, payments, hosting, and error monitoring. These parties process data only to provide PeakPilot and under appropriate processor agreements.

4. Retention periods

We keep data for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, or support. Authorized users within the organization can delete project data.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to the processing of your personal data. Use the contact page for these requests.

6. Security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access control, encrypted connections, auditable storage, and separated environments.

7. Contact

Questions about privacy or data processing can be submitted through the PeakPilot contact page.

8. AI Advisor and external processing

When an organization admin enables AI Advisor, we process only aggregated energy results, source metadata, and generated draft text through OpenRouter to create advisory drafts. Raw quarter-hour data and dataset rows are not sent to the LLM. AI processing is off by default.
